Another Toothpick: Carmela finally meets Dr. Melfi when she goes with Tony for couples therapy. Tony tries to get a parking ticket stricken from his record. A friend of the Aprile's is attcked by a guy called Mustang Sally and Junior tells Tony that he has cancer. University: A Bada-Bing 'employee' bakes soem date bread for Tony but he doesn't understand her motives. It turns out that she's carrying Ralphie's baby but he beats her up anyway, after which Tony loses it and hits him...something that should never be done in the business. To Tony's chagrin Meadow is still dating Noah. Second Opinion: Junior goes in for surgery while Paulie continues to break Christopher's balls. Pussy Bompensiero's wife starts hassling Tony for more money. Carmela decides to go to a therapist of her own, however, his advice about Tony is not what she wants to hear.
