Plot

Matt Sullivan is getting over his last girlfriend the only way any self-respecting male can.... He's shagging everything in sight; But lurking underneath those chiselled good looks is a sensitive soul and eventually our love lorn hero realises the only way he can truly escape the past is to forgo sex, for forty days and forty nights (I don't think I'm alone in saying I've never had a problem achieving this, but such is the burden those of us must face when our good maker has blessed us with a sound whooping of the ugly stick). Unfortunately for Matt he falls in love just after his 'friends' decide to place his personal vow on the internet and life takes a very public turn for the worse. 40 Days and 40 Nights is a fairly fun romantic comedy, light, fluffy and undemanding.
