Young Mathieu is still experiencing the aftermath of his first love, a passionate encounter with Cedric, a sensual and considerably more worldly creature than Mathieu. Though over a year has passed Mathieu cannot escape the memories and decides to return to the place of their meeting inorder to lay to rest their relationship. Presque Rien is a beautifully observed tale of teenage romance and angst, thoughtful, intelligent and not afraid to acknowledge the intense sexual nature of young love, regardless of sexual preference.
