Plot
Dizzy Harrison is THE high school nerd, his waking day a never-ending series of ritual humiliations. It is a hardarsed con who decides to save Dizzy from himself by reinventing the lad as a mean dude and getting him transferred to another school. The New Guy is an entertaining, foolish, feel good teen comedy.
