Two drivers have a prang in the morning traffic, one is a young lawyer the other a stressed business man. What should involve little more than an exchange of details develops into a grim and relentless feud as the two protagonists begin an increasingly deadly game of cat and mouse. Changing Lanes is as much a drama as it is a thriller, concentrating as it does on the motivation of the characters' actions to the same degree as the actions themselves. A tense and entertaining movie that falls short of its full potential.
