Jimmy's not good for much, always duckin' and divin' and responsible to no one but himself, but when he spots sweet but dull Dec proposing to his old girlfriend and the mother of his never seen 12 year old daughter, Jimmy decides he wants back into their lives. Once Upon A Time In The Midlands is a disappointing comedy drama from Shane Meadows, the man responsible for the excellent ‘Twenty Four Seven' and ‘A Room For Romeo Brass'.
