Kati and Steffi are bestest buddies and reaching an age when the pull of the pub, club and blokes that reside within are beginning to outweigh all other concerns. As adulthood beckons the two girls begin to finally drift apart, but with the exploration of their womanhood and their new found independence comes the trauma of events and emotions that defy their control. Big Girls Don't Cry is a strong heart-felt coming of age drama, convincing and compelling in equal measures.
