Adapted from Jaqueline Susann's 1960's book, this cheesy rendition of the ‘nightmare behind Hollywood success' follows the ups and downers of three young women hungry to make it but overwhelmed by the consequences. Valley of the Dolls is now appreciated by many as a camp cult classic, but it does take a certain kind of taste.
