A sub-Bladerunner actioner, beautifully shot and technically crafted with some quality fight scenes, but too many longeurs, an unfocused plot and rather shallow characters. Having said which, a number of sci-fi buffs have really enjoyed this story of functionalised humans struggling to get in touch with their emotions in the bleak future world that Ridley Scott created in aforementioned movie. An obvious labour of love.
