Frankie Mac is a troubled lad. Born and bred in Edinburgh's old town, life has not been an easy one, and when the only figure he's ever admired turns out to be a sham, so do his hopes. After a troubled childhood Frankie seeks solace as a hard nut in the fraternity of skinheads and booze.
