Plot

Dean Cage is an ex-super dooper special forces soldier mistaken for an undercover CIA agent and injected with a mind controlling drug that proves deadlyl within 24 hours. To you and I this would most likely be the end of the story but Dean's not just lethal, he's determined, and those syringe happy baddies are in for a right thrashing. Unstoppable is generic action fodder whose only redeeming feature is its star.
