A reclusive French hermit, a man nearing 70 with heart problems, living alone with his dogs in the forest near the French-Swiss border, uses his savings to fly to Korea for a somewhat shady transplant and then bids to build a ship to sail to the South Seas where he may be reunited with an estranged son.
