Plot

Schiffer is a retired detective who specialised in brutal serial killings and when three young Turkish girls are found horribly murdered he is called out of retirement to investigate. What Schiffer begins to uncover is a vast right wing conspiracy and it is not long before he's in way over his head. Empire of the Wolves is taken from a novel by Jean Christophe Grange and though not lacking in style the story is dangerously close to incoherent, a fatal flaw only partially redeemed by the always charismatic presence of Jean Reno.
