When Danny and Denise vow til death us do part they are blissfully unaware of what awaits them on their honeymoon; death, reanimation and a murderous hunger for live human flesh. But when Danny is attacked by a rotting corpse that rises from the waves of the beach outside their holiday home Denise has to decide just how far she is willing to go to keep those vows. Underneath the Troma-esque title this low-budget, independent horror has a surprisingly soft and tender centre that focuses on the relationship between the lead characters rather than the blood and gore and carnage – although there is still plenty of the red stuff to satisfy the gorehounds.
