Plot

Older brother Walter and younger brother Danny are constantly bickering with one another. When Danny discovers an old board toy called Zathura in the basement he inadvertently unleashes a game that gives new meaning to the word ‘interactive'. Thrust into space, the boys and their seriously disgruntled sister must continue to play the game and only if they win will they be returned to Earth. Greedy slavering aliens, mad robots and meteor showers are just a few of the perilous events in store in this cracking adventure film. Witty, well acted and with some great special effects it's a pity more ‘grown-up' movies aren't this much fun.
