Dr Otto, a man with an extra hand growing out of the top of his head, invents the gloom beam, the greatest threat to civilised society that the world has ever known, cash points and credit cards simply cease to work, debits and credits are wiped out - the banking system collapses. Great dialogue, loopy characters, a little known cult gem.
