Plot
Jimmy is an educated gangster, a member of one of Hong Kong's oldest triads, Wo Sing, and in line to become its next Chairman. Moreover the Chinese authorities, recognizing his popularity, also see him as the ideal leader with whom they will be able to negotiate a peaceful co-existence. However Jimmy wants to leave the Triad and go legit, bitterly aware of the irony that, in order to break free, first he must take control. 'Election 2' is a slick, violent and pacey gangster thriller.
