Plot

After the apparent death of her husband, King Arald, Karin takes her son Moki to live as peasants in hiding from Hagen, Arald's enemy. A mysterious knife-throwing Viking stranger, Rurik, begins acting as Karin's guardian. Eventually, of course, leading to a brutal showdown with bad man Hagen.
