Plot

The young grandson of frumpy, virtually friendless, middle-aged widow Maggie is dying in an NHS hospital for the lack of £5,000, (I knew things were bad, but this bad?), so she secretly gets a job in the Soho sex industry to raise the dosh for a private op in Australia (the land of medical miracles). Proof that looks don't count for much is that she soon becomes the prize draw, in a club where men stick their penises through a whole in a wall and get w^_%ed off, and all because of her wonderful hands, hence her stage name "Irina Palm".
