Bruce Banner is still on the run, but, just as he comes close to a cure for his pigmentation issues, the military, determined to use the chemical coursing through his veins to create the ultimate warrior, close in on him. Soon Bruce finds himself up against the army's very own Hulk, an out of control monster which has broken free from its masters and is hell bent on a course of destruction, its ultimate goal being a battle to the death with Banner's alter ego. But, as is so often the way with big budget action movies, the hugely spectacular set pieces are beaten into submission by a truly awful script, a wafer thin plot and an impressive cast at odds with their acting credentials.
