Plot

Arrogant defence minister Israel Navon has moved, with his wife, into a dream house close to the border with the West Bank. In order to secure their safety, orders are issued to chop down the lemon tree orchard that Palestinian widow and neighbour, Salma, tends to. But Salma is not likely to give in easily and enlists an ambitious young Palestinian lawyer to help fight her case in the courts.
