Plot

AD 117; a Roman legion marches north to avenge an attack on a Roman fort by the Picts, but they themselves are attacked, slaughtered and their general captured. A rag-tag collection of survivors are trapped behind enemy lines and, pursued by the blood-thirsty Picts, must make the perilous journey back to safety. We`re in Apocalypto territory here in this home-grown relentless chase movie.
