Oliver Stone trucks off to South America to pay a call on some of the US's bete noires, namely Raul Castro, Hugo Chavez, Rafael Correa (President of Ecuador you ignoramus), Cristina Kirchner and her now late husband Nestor, Fernando Lugo (Paraguay), Lula and Eva Morales.
