Wacky comedy from the team that created "Airplanes I & II",and "Top Secret". When two amateur kidnappers snatch Devito's wife he refuses to pay up, when they threaten to kill her he throws a party. The problem is though that the kidnappers are really rather nice and new alliances spring up. A goodie.
