Plot

Jackie Chan plays a young Chinese American growing up in 1930's Chicago in his first American film. He reluctantly becomes the protege of a ruthless gang boss who sponsers him in the "Big Brawl", a no-rules, no-holds-barred street fight which only the toughest will survive.
