Plot
Jodie Foster gives an Oscar winning performance as a streetwise, seemingly "loose" young woman who is viciously gang raped in a seedy bar. With her female attorney she then has to face a scornful legal system which makes it clear that she's the one on trial. Disturbing and thought provoking.
