11-year-old Krishna, abandoned by a travelling circus, takes the wrong bus and ends up in Bombay. Introduced to life at the bottom by a street gang he tries to make the money to get home. An urban India of prostitution, drugs, poverty and hustle seen through Krishna's eyes. Compassionate and cogent.
