Plot
A virtual remake of the French "Return Of Martin Guerre". Jack returns, after a 7-year absence in the American Civil War, as a character changed from the violent pisshead who left into a passionate and gentle man who proceeds to transform the jaded fortunes of the village. Is this the same man? A lyrical and absorbing film.
