Plot
Brilliant downbeat drama with Jeff Bridges as an ex-con who really is trying to go straight. What he doesn't expect is his young son to turn up, wanting to stay with him. Their relationship, strained at first, develops despite pressures on both. Sad, moving, funny, dramatic and very good.
