Plot

A young surfing dude has to move to chilly Cincinnati. Even without the weather things don't look good. The local school thugs have taken a disliking to him, surprisingly, but on the otherhand there's a rather lovely girl whose taken a shine. Worth a watch just for the great rollerblade action.
