Plot

An American journalist and her French lover, a commercial filmmaker, both of whom were 1968 revolutionary faithfuls, are abducted by striking workers in a sausage factory. A clever and witty swipe at the honesty and depth of our beliefs, our underlying class relationships and, at least in this film, an examination of personal relationships. Classed as Godard's comment on the revolutionary spirit of 1968.
