Plot

Sequel to "Patlabor 1" (NUMBER 5950). It's three years on and the action starts in South East Asia with the defeat of a crack team of United Nations robotic cops. So begins the countdown to disaster, with a deadly terrorist plan to bring panic and armed revolution to the streets of Tokyo.
