Here is every Western genre scene you ever loved: from the cattle stampede, the shoot-outs, the fist fights, the laconic one-liners, the saloon bar queen, the slick gambler, the attractive villain and a Magnificent Four who ride together in search of their destiny at the fateful Silverado. Less familiar elements include a black cowboy and a very English sheriff (Cleese), both of which are, at the very least, historically accurate. Exuberance, goodwill, and sheer excitement make this a must see, fans of the genre or not.
