Chakotay and Janeway are stranded on a paradise planet after being bitten by an insect in "Resolutions". There's no known antidote and to leave will mean certain death. In "Basics Part One" Seska's son is under threat of abduction into slavery by the Kazon. Or is the plot more sinister than that?
