Another slice of saucy Spanish cinema from Bigas "Barking" Lunas. 9 yr old Tete is enraged by his baby brother's exclusive claim on their mother's nipples, and so prays to the moon for a breast of his own, which arrives attached to the gorgeous, but much sought after, Estrellita. Completely mad, as you'd expect of Lunas, but lyrical and lovely.
