In "The Q and the grey" Janeway refuses an unusual proposition from Q, and is subsequently abducted to the Q Continuum. In "Macrocosm", Janeway & Neelix, having made their escape return to find the doctor trying desperately to attend to the Voyager crew, who have been hideously infected.
