In "The Darkness and the Light" Kira is targeted by a serial killer, just weeks before she's due to give birth to the O'Briens' baby. In "The Begotten" Odo buys a baby changeling from the mercenary Quark, but is not best pleased by the arrival of Dr. Mora Pol, the Bajoran who raised him.
