The King's film debut begins as a fairly standard western until Elvis bursts into song. Set in the aftermath of the Civil War he marries the childhood sweetheart of his older brother, who's missing presumed dead......except he's not. A sentimental romance with Elvis singing "Love Me Tender" "We're Gonna Move" "Poor Boy" and "Let Me".
