Fat, foolish Farley (now deceased) plays a Japanese-trained ninja, sent to Rodeo Drive to foil a money counterfeiting operation. He then spends the next 90 minutes blundering around L.A getting into trouble, an embarrassment to martial arts warriors everywhere. That's it really. One for the under twelves and the undemanding.
