LET'S MAKE LOVE (1960)
GEORGE CUKOR
Plot
A classic Marilyn Monroe romantic comedy (where the guy's always loaded), Yves Montand plays one of the world's richest and most eligible bachelors who falls for the blonde bombshell's charms, or curves, or both. Set backstage on Broadway, Yves finds his work cutout trying to impress the underwhelmed Marilyn and hires everyone he knows, including Bing Crosby and Gene Kelly, in order to learn the right moving and crooning to impress her. Light, fluffy and highly enjoyable, with classic tunes such as 'My Heart Belongs to Daddy' .
