An impressive, if low budget, debut from director Nicolas Winding Refn, following a week in the life of Danish drug dealer, Frank. Cruising through Copenhagen in his BMW, purveying his Class As whilst guzzling cocaine and Armagnac, Frank's got the world, or at least the underworld, at his feet. But honour amongst thieves is a precarious old business and, all too inevitably, Frank falls foul, one by one, of all his fellow low-lifes. Destined to become a cult classic.
