Highly stylized, noirish thriller based on a short story by Jim Thompson, who wrote "The Grifters". Billy Zane is broodingly Brando-esque as the young hood taking down the particulars of lady cop Sheryl Lee, while his incestuous twin Gina Gershon wafts around in a flurry of shades, headscarves and cigarette smoke. Worth a watch, if only to see Gershon literally shag a bloke to death.
