Plot
Eric Roberts plays a renegade cop who realises that the teenage hoodlums he's tailing are being systematically annihilated one by one. Responsible for this undoubted service to humanity is time-travelling cop Nick Mancuso, who's been sent back from the future to snuff out the fledgling careers of the twentieth century's most unsavoury characters. Above average for a low-budget actioner.
