Plot
An ex-police psychologist talks a girl from jumping off the edge of a dreary high rise apartment block and takes a shine to her. The two get stuck in a lift shaft as the building threatens to burn down and have many thrills and spills as they attempt to escape said shaft. A British B-movie.
