11-year-old Alex witnesses the murder of her mother by creepy carnival clown Louis Seagram, providing the evidence that sees him banged up. But, years later, Alex is the habitual receiver of an unwelcome watery visitor, in the shape of a decidedly soggy Seagram. But is he for real, or is Alex now living in a different dimension? A promising plot, let down by appalling acting.
