Gory chiller with more than a touch of the Sevens about it. Rutger Hauer plays an ex-cop and author of a book based on an unsolved serial killer case. But the real-life killer is distinctly unchuffed with his new publicity and exacts a hideous revenge, abducting Hauer's literary agent. Pretty soon, old Rootbeer starts receiving human bones through the post, which, it transpires, are being removed one by one from the unfortunate agent's live body. Nice. Apart from the fact that the killer might as well be wearing a t-shirt with a big K on it, this should satisfy the most hardened horror fans.
