Deranged dentist Alan Feinstone was safely incarcerated at the end of the first "Dentist", never to wield his drill again. But, just when you thought it was safe to get back in the chair, the mad molar-man has escaped, adopted a new identity and set up practice in the small town of Paradise, Missouri. His intentions to stay on the straight and narrow, however, go out of the window the first time he utters the immortal words "Open wide"..........
