Plot

A highly original and very clever sci-fi thriller in which six strangers awaken in a maze of darkened, box-like rooms, with no idea of how they got there or how to get out. A distant but ominous grinding noise permeates the walls of their prison, but it transpires that each of the six has some sort of skill that may help their escape. Filmed entirely within a cunningly designed single set, and starring an unknown cast, "Cube" is a gripping riddle of a movie which, happily, refrains from a cop-out ending.
