This 1979 doom-fest achieved notoriety due to it being a definitive 'Video Nasty' during the 80s moral panic over Video as a new means of entertainment. It's the story of a misunderstood painter, whose frustation with the world, and the obstacles it throws at him, results in him taking to the streets armed with a rechargeable electric hand drill in search of down-and-out craniums on which to vent his resentment. Definitely unpleasant, but more gruelling than gross.
