Plot

In "Warhead", Harry Kim, given a chance at command, responds to a distress call from an alien intelligence, and rescues a sentient machine, bringing it aboard Voyager. However, when the true nature of the device is discovered, Harry realises he has placed his ship and his friends in mortal danger. In "Equinox Part 1", Voyager encounters another Starfleet vessel lost in the Delta Quadrant, and helps the war-torn ship fend off an attack by beings from another spatial realm. However, when Janeway begins to delve into the affairs of her new colleagues, she uncovers an horrific secret.
